SEA LF Boucher, Sebastien 73 81 26 $30,000 Arb '10
Since my team decided that they didn't want to win I need to cut salary so I can make some free agent moves this winter. I also need to get Jay Bruce some steady playing time so he will be ready to take over RF next season. I get a possible starting catcher out of this and an outfielder that may be able to sit on my bench.

i have no need for pena, ahve a lot of salary room, trying to get some power into my lineup which lacks it
