Seattle Post: GM Meade not done?

New Seattle GM Ray Meade has already helped build the Mariners into a tough competitor in the AL West, but is he done making moves? A report has surfaced that the mairners might be interested in Albert Pujols of the St. Louis Cardinals. Seattles farm system is lack luster compared to many others so it would be interesting to see who they would have to include in that deal. In other news, there have been rumors that Carlos Silva is on his way out of Seattle. Silva, who earns 11,000,000 the next four years is a solid #3 or 4 starter on most teams but after the acquisitions of Bedard and Schmidt, he found himself not even on the 25 man roster. These should be an interesting next couple of days.
