UT: Why did you trade away your 2nd best pitcher Chris Young to the Reds for Adam Dunn

TW: I know maybe on paper it dosent look that good to some Padre fans But I feel like Dunn will give us some much needed power in the line-up that we have lack in many years. I know he is prone to the strikeout but come on an out is an out in the box score in other words if a player goes 1-4 but gounds out 3 times thats 3 outs if Dunn goes 1-4 he takes one deep and the other 3 times strikes out oh well thats also 3 outs. I want the opponent to know that they cant pitch around Adrian if they do Adam will take it deep 2 run shot.

UT: What about Petco Park not being a hitters park for Dunn?

TW: Petco Park is a beautiful stadium to play in I know the numbers say its hard to hit hr's here but sometimes I think people make to much of it. I know it is a pitchers park but we have plenty of room in the gaps for double and triples.

UT: What kind of numbers do you expect from Adam Dunn?

TW: I dont expect a hr every other game from him but I do expect a good season maybe around 35+ Hr's 110 RBI's.

TW: Last question

UT: How much do you expect from Mark Prior this year coming off surgey?

TW: Hes been throwing well in the off season he will come in as our 5th starter says his arm has never felt better in the past 3 yrs. This was easy for me to pick up Prior in the offseason we are paying him a little over a million plus incentives if he stays healthy. Dont believe everything you hear about his arm and that his career is over hes going to prove alot of teams that he is back and he cant wait to face the Cubs! Thank you guys for your time.

Is that incentive deal centered around how many tampon commercials he's in this season?
