"Peak" Question.... Empty "Peak" Question....

Could someone explain to me why/what causes a players "Peak" rating to change? I have had a few players go lower and I'd like to know how I am mis-managing them.

its nothin to do with u, that will just happen. Some players peaks will just go up and some can go down along with overals.
